All members, including children, must sign in and present their membership number.

1. Showering before entering the pool is preferred.
2. A member must sign their guest in and pay the appropriate guest fee to the Lifeguard before entering pool area.
3. Small children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers and must check with the lifeguard before entering the pool.
4. The Lifeguards have the responsibility to keep the pool safe, therefore all members are required to follow the posted pool rules and obey the lifeguards.
5. Only water toys over 4" round may be used in the pool.
6. The "GAZEBO" is a game area. you may check out checkers, chess, backgammon, scabble or deck of card from the pool attendant.
7. A guest may use the pool, beach volleyball court, arcades, table tennis, and horseshoe pit ( must be 12)
8. You may bring guests but you may only bring the same guest no more than 3 times
9. Only "light snacks" may be brought inside the pool area, no picnic baskets or coolers, OR BOTTLES.
10. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON DAVES MTN CLUB PROPERTY. You may purchase beer or wine at the Sports Bar. All alcohol and other drinks must be in plastic cups down at the pool area, absolutely NO GLASS BOTTLES .
11. THE POOL AND PAVILION AREA ARE NON SMOKING AREAS
12. Any child 12 and over must take a brief swim test in order to be left unattended at the pool.
13. All children 5 and under must be wearing a flotation device and/ or be accompanied by an adult in the BIG POOL
14. The Wading pool is for children 4 and under
15. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone at least 15 years or older.
16. Pool Breaks will be held every hour on the hour for 15 minutes. Only those 15 and older may remain in the pool during break.
17. 3 STRIKE RULE
    1. Lifeguard warning
    2. Not allowed in pool for 30 minutes
    3. Not allowed in pool for remainder of the day.
18. PARENTS MUST WATCH THEIR CHILDREN WHILE THEY ARE IN THE POOL
19. No running, pushing, showing off, dunking or rough play.
20. Do not hang on ropes
21. No Diving off side of pool and only in Diving well off the diving boards.
22. Thunder rule is 20 minutes
23. Obey Water Slide and Diving Board Rules posted at the deep end of the pool.
